Motion Design Team Lead (AI)

Location: Prague, Czechia; hybrid setup with home office permitted up to 2 days per week.

What you will do

• Set motion art direction across brand work and translate concepts into animated content that tells a story.
• Define and execute end-to-end design strategy across rider, customer, and partner ecosystems.
• Lead the AI adoption roadmap, establish AI frameworks, and scale automated design across markets.
• Coach, mentor, and manage the design team while improving design operations and team efficiency.
• Coordinate design integration across Product, Brand, and Marketing from project kickoff through launch.
• Drive consistent brand experiences across physical and digital touchpoints using localized, context-aware visual assets.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a design agency or in-house team.
• 4+ years leading multidisciplinary design teams in fast-scaling technology, e-commerce, or q-commerce environments.
• Deep understanding of how AI models affect product experiences, design systems, and creative production pipelines.
• Experience scaling teams, establishing design operations, and presenting AI innovation strategies to C-suite stakeholders.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-impact work, strategic system design, and effective use of modern AI tools.
• Ability to work from the Prague, Czechia location in a hybrid setup.
