TL;DR

What you will do
- Oversee payroll, accounts payable, payment processes, and outgoing payments.
- Support month-end close activities and prepare financial analyses.
- Monitor expenses and ensure accurate allocation across cost centers.
- Coordinate sales tax and other finance compliance processes with external service providers.
- Support annual and interim audits by preparing documentation and reconciliations.
- Deliver finance automation and AI initiatives and support additional finance projects.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, controlling, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Advanced Google Sheets and Excel skills, including work with large datasets.
- Strong organization, prioritization, attention to detail, ownership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Fluent English and an interest in process improvement, automation, and AI-driven solutions.
