Senior Manager, Celebrity & Talent Partnerships (User Acquisition): Building and managing celebrity and high-value talent partnerships that produce effective paid user-acquisition creative with an accent on commercial judgment, negotiation, and campaign performance. Focus on sourcing and closing deals, securing usage rights, translating campaign goals into creative briefs, and improving talent selection through campaign results.
Location: Berlin, Germany; on-site five days a week

What you will do
- Build a pipeline of celebrity and high-value talent opportunities across priority markets.
- Evaluate partnership fit, costs, expected returns, and campaign potential.
- Negotiate commercial agreements with agents, managers, and agencies, including usage rights and creative deliverables.
- Translate user-acquisition goals into actionable talent briefs with creative and production teams.
- Coordinate budgets, timelines, agency partners, and campaign delivery.
- Use campaign results to improve talent selection, deal terms, and future creative briefs.
Requirements
- Experience sourcing and closing celebrity or high-value talent partnerships.
- Experience negotiating commercial terms with talent management companies or agencies.
- Experience securing paid-usage rights and defining creative deliverables.
- Experience briefing creative for paid campaigns and working with performance or user-acquisition teams.
- Experience building repeatable partnership pipelines while remaining hands-on with individual deals.
- Availability to work on-site in the Berlin office five days per week.
Nice to have
- Experience with multi-market or television talent campaigns, particularly campaigns involving US audiences.
