U.S. Tax Analyst

Location: United States tax compliance scope; dedicated night shift schedule required throughout the assignment

What you will do

• Review invoices, vendor accounts, and related transactions for 1099 and 1042 tax reporting.
• Assess taxability based on submitted tax forms before vendor setup in SAP or S4HANA.
• Post-review invoices and transactions for taxable or reportable vendor accounts.
• Support tax form solicitation, TIN matching, and state tax reviews.
• Process tax-related mail and documents, maintaining organization, routing, and audit trails.
• Identify process improvements and provide backup support for supplier portal approvals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• At least three years of work experience.
• Strong oral and written communication, analytical, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive personal data and follow data privacy requirements.
• Ability to work a dedicated night shift schedule for the full assignment.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP or JDE.
