Senior System Implementation Specialist (Investor Portals)

Location: Cape Town, Apex House

A global fund administration and middle office solutions provider established in Bermuda and operating through offices worldwide.

What you will do

• Lead the implementation, support, and continuous improvement of Investor Portal solutions.
• Manage junior resources, allocate work, and provide guidance and mentoring to the Portal team.
• Analyze business and client system requirements before implementation and support client onboarding projects.
• Maintain Investor Portal configuration and setup to meet business requirements and optimize system performance.
• Manage vendors, coordinate development and enhancements, and provide stakeholder updates.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve portal incidents while supporting business users and improving operational processes.

Requirements

• B.Com or a similar tertiary business qualification with Information Technology exposure.
• 3–7 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in accounting or financial services.
• Experience with financial systems and an aptitude for working with technology.
• Knowledge of project management, operational controls, and process improvement.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organization, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Interest in team management and experience working collaboratively.

• Experience with a fund accounting system.
