Location: Astana, Kazakhstan; on-site and hybrid work across Astana campuses.

Salary: 250,000–350,000 KZT per month before taxes.

What you will do

• Design and produce age-appropriate English materials, including worksheets, games, flashcards, and digital resources.
• Plan interactive English lessons for primary school students in grades 1–6.
• Cover vocabulary, grammar, reading, and speaking through play, stories, and real-world activities.
• Adapt lessons to diverse learning styles and public and private school settings.
• Assess student progress, provide feedback, and collaborate with school teams on curriculum integration.
• Use apps, videos, songs, and other multimedia tools, and contribute to teacher training sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience teaching English to primary school children in both public and private schools.
• Experience creating original, child-friendly, curriculum-aligned learning materials.
• Native or near-native English proficiency at C1+ level.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic digital content-creation tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• CELTA, TESOL, or an equivalent teaching certification.
• Russian or Kazakh language skills.
