Procter & Gamble's HairCare and Beauty Design Studio develops elevated brand design and consumer-facing visual experiences.

What you will do

• Develop consumer-winning concepts across packaging, digital, brand identity, retail, and e-commerce touchpoints.
• Lead design initiatives from strategy through execution in partnership with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
• Translate consumer insights and business needs into appealing, compliant design solutions.
• Contribute fresh ideas to consumer-facing experiences while maintaining strong brand stewardship.
• Own design priorities, workflows, budgets, and delivery deadlines.
• Collaborate with the Design Leader, Design Director, in-house creative team, and agency partners.

Requirements

• Degree in Design or a related field.
• 8–15 years of experience as a Senior Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and strategic thinking.
• Required proficiency with Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Experience leading a team and managing external agency partners.
• Strong project management, communication, storytelling, visual design, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, or 3D design.
• Proficiency in Japanese.
