Senior Analyst, Transfer Agency (Investor Services Centre)

What you will do

• Respond to customer queries through telephone and email channels.
• Monitor call volumes and email inboxes to ensure service-level agreements are met.
• Complete daily telephone dealing and perform callbacks to verify customer instructions.
• Handle customer escalations and recommend procedural improvements to the Team Leader.
• Mentor and coach new team members and provide guidance on operational queries.
• Prepare internal KPI reporting and support quality reviews and enhancements.

Requirements

• Experience in a contact centre or customer-facing role.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Good understanding of Transfer Agency products in an Investor Services Centre environment.
• Knowledge of fund administration products and the financial services regulatory environment.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Word.
