What you will do
- Manage and supervise the Warehouse organization according to defined objectives and KPIs.
- Lead direct reports by setting objectives, assigning responsibilities, monitoring performance, and evaluating results.
- Plan team activities to cover warehouse operations and incoming requests.
- Ensure the complete execution of unloading, reception, labeling, storage, picking, sequencing, loading, and shipping activities.
- Maintain stock accuracy and proper management of warehouse equipment while enforcing safety rules.
- Identify improvement opportunities and support performance, flexibility, succession planning, coaching, change management, and professional development.
Requirements
- University degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in supply chain management.
- French and English language skills required.
- Experience with inventory management, inventory positioning, materials handling, packaging, replenishment, shipping documents, and vendor-managed inventory.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems and Kanban or pull scheduling.
- Understanding of escalation procedures, performance measurement, value stream mapping, waste control, problem solving, continuous improvement, presentation skills, and standards and procedures.
