What you will do
- Execute electrical services in accordance with contract requirements, design data, schedules, cost budgets, and quality standards.
- Lead electrical craft planning and develop short-term look-ahead schedules for foremen.
- Monitor subcontractor performance, construction costs, installation budgets, and man-hour usage.
- Advise the project team on status, issues, impacts, risks, and cost factors affecting remaining scope.
- Plan staff facilities, equipment, and tool requirements for the installation process.
Requirements
- Experience supervising electrical services and construction execution.
- Ability to assess compliance with contracts, design information, schedules, budgets, and quality requirements.
- Ability to coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, superintendents, and project teams.
- Certified Professional Engineer qualification is preferred.
