What you will do
- Manage and supervise the Procurement Management organizational unit according to defined objectives and KPIs.
- Lead direct reports by defining objectives, responsibilities, instructions, monitoring, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure adherence to procurement standards, governance, and operational processes.
- Manage raw material supply, supplier integration, localization, consignment and logistics agreements, and delivery performance.
- Optimize raw material stock levels and reduce excess and obsolete inventory.
- Drive team development, coaching, succession planning, organizational flexibility, and change management.
Requirements
- University degree.
- At least 5 years of VCM experience.
- English and French language skills required.
- Strong communication, teamwork, conflict management, and intercultural sensitivity.
- Target and result orientation, motivation, resilience, and self-organization.
