Manager Contracts (IT)

Location: Hybrid from Bratislava, Slovakia

Salary: €36,400–€52,000 annual

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, subcontracts, and related legal agreements.
• Lead contract negotiations, approvals, execution, acceptance, and ongoing administration.
• Maintain contract templates and standard agreements.
• Collaborate with senior management on contract strategies and complex negotiations.
• Ensure contractual compliance and mitigate legal and business risks.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and respond to contract-related inquiries.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Law or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 7+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a similar role or the IT industry.
• Proven experience in contract management and negotiations.
• Proficiency in contract law, risk assessment, and contract drafting.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry and technology developments.
• CV submitted in English.

Nice to have

• Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) or Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) certification.
