Program Manager II (Fintech)

Location: Tunis, Tunisia; hybrid work arrangement with regular availability during US business hours

What you will do

• Coordinate programs, projects, and operational initiatives across multiple workstreams.
• Maintain program plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, action items, risks, issues, and decisions.
• Coordinate with product, technology, operations, sales, client relationship teams, delivery teams, and external partners.
• Prepare status reports, management updates, meeting materials, and presentations.
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and follow up on commitments and escalations.
• Support governance activities, hirify.global PMO standards, special projects, and operational activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project and/or program management experience.
• Experience managing large, client-facing programs.
• Experience in fintech or financial services is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work during US business hours on a regular basis.
