Application Specialist, Nurse Informatics (Healthcare)

Location: Riyadh; regular travel to customer sites may be required, with up to 5 days away from home each week.

What you will do

• Use healthcare, nursing, business, and hirify.global product knowledge to support successful and timely implementations.
• Act as the nursing subject-matter expert for customers and assess solution fit against clinical processes.
• Advise customers on implementing standard solutions and maximizing benefits while minimizing customer-specific work.
• Conduct customer training, workshops, and presentations for clinicians and other stakeholders.
• Keep current with product developments and coordinate implementation needs across business areas.
• Visit customer sites and support projects that require regular travel.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of healthcare experience with a strong understanding of clinical processes.
• Nursing experience in a hospital environment, with a nursing degree and clinical experience in ICU, oncology, and maternity.
• Experience with EMR systems, Hospital Information Systems, Patient Administration Systems, and Clinical Information Systems.
• Experience working directly with customers and clinicians, delivering strong messaging, training, workshops, or presentations.
• Experience with functional documentation, business process mapping, information systems, and multidisciplinary teamwork.
• Proficiency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing software solutions or working in a customer-facing IT services role.
• Previous experience as an Application or Configuration Specialist.
• Experience with change management and software testing.
• Experience engaging healthcare stakeholders across government, public-sector, and private-sector organizations.
• Strong general computer skills.
