Commercial Insights Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Manchester, UK (Hybrid)

Salary: £35,000–£45,000 gross per year

What you will do

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions for commercial decision-making.
• Analyse sales, market share, revenue, pricing, costs, margins and profitability to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support forecasting and business planning across multiple EMEA markets.
• Translate commercial challenges into reports, visualisations and KPI frameworks.
• Partner with commercial and marketing stakeholders to deliver insight-led recommendations.
• Support the evolution of business intelligence capabilities, including the transition of reporting solutions into Power BI, and present findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in data analytics and forecasting.
• Advanced Excel skills, including modelling, analysis and data visualisation.
• Experience developing dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Experience designing and tracking business KPIs and performance metrics.
• Ability to analyse commercial drivers and translate data into actionable business insights.
• Strong communication, prioritisation and delivery skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce.
• Exposure to Qlik Sense or other business intelligence platforms.
• Experience supporting sales, marketing or commercial functions.
• Knowledge of healthcare, medical devices or regulated industries.
