Business Analytics (AI) & Strategic Partnerships (Tokenization) Manager

What you will do

• Source, clean, and interpret traditional financial market data, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
• Develop recommendations for pricing strategy, market entry, deal structuring, and go-to-market execution.
• Build decision-ready analyses and maintain a market map covering banks, brokerages, market infrastructure, issuers, exchanges, and distribution platforms.
• Identify, engage, and develop partnerships with financial institutions, companies, investment banks, exchanges, and distribution platforms.
• Own the full deal cycle from outreach and pitching through negotiation, closing, and handover.
• Work with product, legal, compliance, and engineering to structure and complete tokenization partnerships.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in finance, strategy, consulting, or similar analytical roles.
• Experience in crypto, fintech, or financial services is preferred.
• Strong commercial and operational judgment, critical problem-solving skills, and project or change management experience.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
• Deep understanding of tokenization, including real-world assets, digital assets, token issuance, or institutional crypto.
