Stagiaire Assistant Category Manager (Beauty)

Location: Paris, France; hybrid flexible working model with remote and office-based work.

What you will do

• Analyze sell-in, sell-out, market share, rankings, competition, and other performance indicators.
• Develop merchandising plans for Sephora stores across Europe, particularly in France.
• Manage the annual promotional budget and product range selection.
• Monitor stock issues, trade plans, and in-store execution.
• Conduct store checks and provide in-store support to ensure execution quality.
• Support account administration and collaborate with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Merchandising.

Requirements

• French at native or C2 level is required.
• English at B2 level is required.
• Good command of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Rigorous, curious, analytical, and interpersonal approach.
• Genuine interest in retail and the beauty industry.
