TL;DR
Learning and Talent Trainee (E-Learning and Training): Supporting e-learning platforms, training events, learning records, and development initiatives with an accent on coordination, data tracking, and learning operations. Location: Budapest, Hungary — based in the BUD office

What you will do
- Administer e-learning and learning platforms, including content uploads, enrolments, user support, completion tracking, and data maintenance.
- Coordinate trainings, workshops, and learning events, including scheduling, participant communication, attendance tracking, materials, and follow-up.
- Collect and structure training needs from functions and employee groups.
- Prepare learning reports, dashboards, and basic analytics covering participation, completion, engagement, feedback, and development needs.
- Create and maintain LinkedIn Learning paths based on business needs, audiences, and skill areas.
- Maintain learning records, calendars, participant lists, feedback summaries, and internal trackers while supporting Organizational Development initiatives.
Requirements
- Ongoing or completed studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, Education, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfort working with data, trackers, reports, and basic analytics.
- Interest in digital learning tools, e-learning platforms, and LinkedIn Learning.
- Fluent English.
- Structured, detail-oriented, analytical, communicative, and organized approach with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
