Site Document Controller (Construction)

Location: Fully site based in Mons, Belgium

What you will do

• Manage and process project documentation in the Document Management System.
• Support the Quality Manager with day-to-day document control activities.
• Process and track technical submittals and Requests for Information.
• Perform quality checks to ensure documentation is accurate and complete.
• Coordinate documentation requirements with Trade Partners and Package Managers.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of project information.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a professional office environment with a background in Document Control.
• Experience with document control on construction projects is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Strong attention to detail, deadline management, communication, collaboration, and independent working skills.
• Good knowledge of English and legal eligibility to work in Belgium are required.

Nice to have

• Professional knowledge of French.
• Previous document control experience on construction projects.
