3D Environment Supervisor (Gamedev)

Location: Yogyakarta, Indonesia; hybrid work with office attendance 2 days per week.

What you will do

• Lead the delivery of AAA-quality, game-ready 3D environments and props from brief through final implementation.
• Manage daily tasks, priorities, workloads, milestones, and delivery follow-up for the environment team.
• Review assets against art and technical standards, identify production issues, and provide actionable feedback.
• Coordinate Environment Artists with the 3D Lead, Art Director, Producers, Project Leads, the Bucharest studio, and freelancers.
• Support onboarding, mentoring, knowledge sharing, professional development, and workflow improvement.

Requirements

• Experience with environment modeling, texturing, and materials.
• Knowledge of Unreal or Unity and game asset optimization.
• Ability to review assets and maintain art and technical production standards.
• Strong task tracking, milestone management, and delivery follow-up skills.
• Organized, consistent, solution-oriented, collaborative, supportive, and detail-oriented approach.
• Portfolio submission is required; applications must include a CV in English and a portfolio.
