Student Job (f/m/x) - IT Operational Excellence / ITPF Controls (20-25 h/week) (IT Governance)

Location: 1190 Vienna, Austria; a balance of on-site and home-office days.

Salary: Gross EUR 2,619.73 per month, based on 38.5 hours per week; the role is 20–25 hours per week.

What you will do

• Contribute to the evolution of the IT-wide IT Process and IT Controls Framework in an agile environment.
• Support status reporting, monitoring, steering, and follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on implementing IT Process and IT Controls Frameworks.
• Conduct quality checks on IT service-related documentation.

Requirements

• Currently studying at a university or university of applied sciences, preferably Business Management, Risk Management, or a similar field, with an affinity for IT.
• Very good written and spoken German and English.
• Interest in IT governance topics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and SharePoint.
• Strong communication, organization, self-management, commitment, and proactive working style.
• Available to work 20–25 hours per week alongside studies.

Nice to have

• Experience with MS Teams, Jira, Confluence, Power Automate, and Power BI.
