What you will do

• Build and maintain low latency, high-performance trading services including OMS and exchange gateways in Rust
• Enhance order execution, routing, and risk management systems in a high-frequency trading environment
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products and improve system performance
• Work on cutting-edge cryptocurrency exchange financial services and architecture
• Apply advanced encryption and security practices to protect user and company data
• Continuously improve and iterate on trading systems and infrastructure

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work in London office (hybrid model)
• Experience with C++ and/or Rust programming languages
• Knowledge of Python and SQL
• Experience in multithreading, network programming, and performance tuning
• Familiarity with trading systems architecture including OMS and exchange connectivity
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, databases, and distributed systems
