What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of four Supplier Quality Engineers across new product development and serial production.
• Drive supplier quality performance for electronics, electrical, and metal components through KPI monitoring and improvement plans.
• Lead structured resolution of complex supplier quality issues using methods such as 8D and 5 Why.
• Plan and execute supplier audits and visits against IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and Lean manufacturing principles.
• Coordinate supplier selection, qualification, industrialization readiness, change management, and on-time product launches.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, suppliers, customers, and certification bodies in a matrix organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, or Operations.
• Knowledge of FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, 5 Why, supplier auditing, IATF 16949, and VDA 6.3.
• Understanding of Lean manufacturing and experience with both serial production and new product development.
• Proven leadership experience, preferably in a matrix organization, with strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• English proficiency required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also required.
