Test Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, test scripts, and reusable functional and business test scenarios for complex software applications.
• Conduct performance testing, analyze results, investigate testing deficiencies, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to identify defects, manage risks, and resolve issues.
• Support test environments, including baseline definition, maintenance, and readiness assessment.
• Maintain automated testing frameworks and contribute to improved testing efficiency and coverage.
• Improve Test Management processes and apply SDLC concepts and AI-supported testing practices.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
• 3–5 years of experience in banking or financial services, particularly in software testing.
• Strong knowledge of testing concepts and methodologies, with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of QC/ALM, JIRA, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with a client-service and presentation focus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a challenging, fast-paced, and complex environment.
