Growth Product Manager (iGaming)

hirify.global operates a live real-money iGaming product focused on poker, payments, user acquisition, and market expansion.

What you will do

• Develop the user funnel from acquisition and registration through KYC, first deposits, and repeat deposits.
• Set up product analytics, event tracking, marketing attribution, and dashboards across geography, traffic source, device, and payment method.
• Test registration, verification, and payment flows; identify barriers and improve conversion.
• Build and prioritize growth hypotheses, run product experiments, and monitor funnel performance daily.
• Reduce CAC through improved onboarding, bonus mechanics, and repeat-deposit flows.
• Prepare launches in new markets and coordinate with the CEO, Marketing, Country Manager, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in growth, acquisition, or conversion-funnel roles.
• Experience in real-money iGaming or fintech with KYC and payment flows; poker experience is a plus.
• Strong SQL, cohort analysis, product analytics, BI dashboard, and A/B testing skills, including analysis of low-traffic experiments.
• Understanding of local payment methods, approval rates, PSPs, 3DS, declines, and chargebacks.
• Knowledge of KYC/AML and responsible gambling requirements, with experience improving conversion while maintaining compliance.
• English at B2 level or above; strong written communication and experience working remotely in cross-functional teams.
