Employer Partnerships and Placement Senior Associate

Location: Primarily in person in Kigali, Rwanda

What you will do

• Source, onboard, and manage employer partnerships from initial outreach through ongoing account support.
• Plan and host employer partnership events in person and online, including events in Kigali.
• Match employers with students participating in academic internships, final-year students, and recent hirify.globalmni.
• Provide student support through office hours, profile pre-screening, and management of student-employer platforms.
• Track internship opportunities, engagement activities, assessments, and feedback for monthly reporting.
• Maintain Salesforce dashboards and student information while coordinating employer engagement across the Rwanda and Mauritius campuses.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of work experience across diverse company environments, including multinational, high-growth, or SME organizations.
• Understanding of employer expectations for entry-level talent.
• Negotiation, relationship management, account management, interpersonal, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM, WordPress, and email campaign platforms.
• Self-motivation, initiative, resourcefulness, empathy, collaboration, data-driven thinking, and design thinking skills.
