User Researcher (AI)

Location: Based in or within commuting distance of Paris, France, with onsite work twice per week

hirify.global builds a prevention-focused healthcare insurance product integrating insurance, prevention, and care into one user experience.

What you will do

• Gather and prioritize research questions from across the company.
• Design and conduct interviews, diary studies, surveys, think-aloud usability tests, and direct observation throughout the product cycle.
• Translate research findings into clear, compelling, and actionable insights for product teams.
• Partner with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, analytics, and data science teams.
• Help grow the research culture by sharing research practices and mentoring teammates.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a product or user researcher in a technology environment.
• Strong hands-on qualitative research experience, including interviews, diary studies, usability testing, and direct observation.
• Solid quantitative research skills, including survey design, sampling, crosstabs, and core statistical concepts.
• Strong critical thinking, strategic stakeholder partnership, and ability to connect research to business impact.
• Compelling written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English required. Experience with AI products or a strong understanding of how LLM systems behave in production is expected.

Nice to have

• Fluency in French, Spanish, or another European language.
