What you will do

• Research markets, delivery zones, demographics, and competitor density to identify viable sites for new dark kitchen facilities.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective properties through direct outreach, brokers, and real estate networks.
• Lead negotiations with landlords, property managers, and brokers, including drafting and finalizing Letters of Intent.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and procurement teams on lease agreements, business cases, budgets, vendors, equipment, and fit-out materials.
• Support construction and facilities teams during project execution and monitor build-outs against lease terms, timelines, and budgets.
• Resolve site-specific issues between landlords and construction teams and interpret architectural layouts and blueprints.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate, retail expansion, property acquisition, or a similar role.
• Proven experience negotiating commercial leases and managing complex property deals.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple acquisitions and build-outs simultaneously.
• Effective communication with legal, finance, procurement, construction, and facilities stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret architectural layouts and blueprints.

Nice to have

• Experience in food and beverage, dark kitchens, or quick-commerce expansion.
