Senior VFX Artist [Tom Clancy's The Division 3] (Gaming)

hirify.global's Massive Entertainment is a AAA game development studio creating The Division 3 and developing the Snowdrop engine.

What you will do

• Produce realistic visual effects aligned with the game's artistic vision.
• Use the Snowdrop engine and account for technical constraints in real-time game development.
• Plan, estimate, prioritize, and optimize VFX workflows while balancing quality and performance.
• Collaborate with artists, designers, technical artists, and programmers to create game assets.
• Establish VFX best practices and create tutorials, documentation, and pipeline guides.
• Mentor, coach, and provide feedback to peers as a senior team member.

Requirements

• Professional VFX experience, including at least one AAA game development cycle.
• Strong working knowledge of VFX tools, including Maya.
• Understanding of technical constraints within a game engine.
• Portfolio or showreel demonstrating experience with key real-time VFX elements.
• Ability to work autonomously, communicate ideas clearly, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
