Working Student - Change Management, Communication & Learning

Location: Hybrid role in Bucharest, Romania

What you will do

• Create communication materials, presentations, FAQs, and SharePoint pages for digital Procurement transformation initiatives.
• Develop training materials, user guides, digital learning resources, and in-app guidance solutions such as WalkMe.
• Translate complex processes and project information into simple, engaging, and user-friendly content.
• Collaborate with project teams and subject matter experts to structure information for different stakeholder groups.
• Suggest improvements to communication, learning experiences, and user adoption across transformation projects.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Change Management, or a related field.
• Strong written and visual communication skills, with the ability to understand stakeholder perspectives and create meaningful content.
• Confident use of PowerPoint and interest in AI-supported content creation tools such as Copilot.
• Structured, proactive, and curious mindset with the ability to collaborate with project teams and subject matter experts.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Bucharest, Romania.

Nice to have

• Initial exposure to Change Management, Learning & Development, or Organizational Transformation.
• Experience with Jira.
