  • Knowledge of CAN, Ethernet, PCIe, SPI, I2C, CI/CD integration, and test automation frameworks.

Nice to have

  • Experience with automotive verification environments, HIL systems, Vector toolchains, or custom CI rigs.
  • Experience in safety-critical development, ISO 26262, boot-time determinism, and watchdogs.
  • Understanding of secure boot, OTA updates, and system-level cybersecurity.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Jenkins, Git, and JFrog Artifactory.

Culture & Benefits

  • Health, dental, parental leave, retirement or pension benefits where applicable, therapy access, wellbeing partnerships, and team socials.
  • Ownership in an evolving environment where processes and practices are still being built.

Hiring process

  • 30-minute initial recruiter call.
  • One hour of competency interviews focused on programming.
  • Three hours of deep-dive technical interviews covering performance systems, low-level Linux, system design, and technical leadership, depending on level.
  • One-hour final interview focused on mission and values alignment.
