What you will do

• Lead business development with commercial teams and own the practice’s top- and bottom-line targets.
• Develop concept notes and proposals, and lead client pitches.
• Direct engagement delivery, supervise consultants and associates, and ensure high-quality client deliverables.
• Act as the primary client contact, manage expectations, communicate insights, and build trusted relationships.
• Translate healthcare challenges into structured problem statements and actionable, data-driven recommendations.
• Develop intellectual capital such as whitepapers, articles, and points of view on emerging healthcare topics.

Requirements

• 12–15 years of experience in consulting, advisory, strategy, or the healthcare industry.
• Master’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Strong experience delivering strategic insights to senior healthcare clients.
• Business development, sales, analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to independently drive projects, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and grow account wallet share.
• Domain expertise in at least two areas including healthcare delivery, hospital strategy, digital health, HealthTech, diagnostics, healthcare investment, due diligence, pharma, or biotech.

Nice to have

• Clinical background such as MBBS, BDS, BPharm, or PhD.
• Willingness to experiment with and quickly adapt to new tools and technologies.
• Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystems in the Middle East.
