Frontend Software Engineer (React)

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; work model prioritizes in-person collaboration.

What you will do

• Design and develop enterprise web and hybrid mobile applications.
• Implement standards-compliant, responsive front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Build complex JavaScript applications with frameworks and libraries that integrate with back-end services through APIs.
• Develop hybrid mobile applications with Ionic and Cordova for iOS and Android distribution.
• Create technical documentation, participate in code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Work with managers and development colleagues to maintain quality, schedule, and scope.

Requirements

• 4+ years of web or front-end development experience.
• Strong experience with JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS, EmberJS, or ReactJS.
• Experience building hybrid mobile applications with Ionic and Cordova, including iOS and Android distribution.
• Solid knowledge of responsive web design and front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation.
• Strong HTML and CSS skills, including HTML5 and CSS3, with knowledge of cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with Scrum, JIRA Agile, and CI tools such as Jenkins.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of server-side programming with Java or .NET technologies such as ASP.NET, MVC, or SharePoint.
• Experience with web services and JSON.
