HR Business Partner Director (Semiconductor)

Location: Hsinchu, Taiwan; onsite in the office Monday to Friday. The role includes approximately 20% travel and is not relocation eligible.

What you will do

• Lead strategic HR business partnering for business units and functions in Taiwan.
• Align HR strategies and priorities with business objectives, local requirements, and changing organizational needs.
• Assess organizational and talent needs and build workforce capability through selection, development, and succession planning.
• Design and implement change management, communication, and employee engagement strategies.
• Coach and develop executive leaders and managers across performance, career development, counseling, and disciplinary matters.
• Partner with HR centers of excellence and operations teams while using Workforce Dashboard and Workday analytics to support business decisions.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of HR experience, including significant strategic HR leadership in a complex, matrixed enterprise.
• Experience developing organization design and organizational development strategies.
• Ability to conceptualize three- to five-year strategies and roadmaps.
• Experience analyzing complex data sets to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Proven success leading direct and matrixed HR teams, preferably experienced HR Business Partners.
• Good business English is required for communication with multinational stakeholders.
