hirify.global is hiring for a product-oriented engineering team working across front-end and back-end systems.

What you will do

  • Test front-end and back-end systems throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Identify risks, assumptions, gaps, and failure scenarios before production.
  • Investigate defects, test hypotheses, and triage issues raised by customers and internal teams.
  • Prioritise testing based on customer impact and business value.
  • Improve testing practices, documentation, and ways of working.
  • Share knowledge and mentor less experienced team members.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of QA or software testing experience, ideally in a SaaS or product environment.
  • Strong curiosity and the ability to investigate software behaviour beyond predefined test cases.
  • Experience thinking about risk, systems, customer impact, and business value.
  • Ability to work across front-end behaviour and back-end logic.
  • Clear communication and effective collaboration across engineering, product, design, and SRE.
  • Comfort with Jira and Confluence.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Playwright.
  • Experience with Postman.
  • Automation experience, although the role is not automation-first.
