Senior Product Manager, Grab Support (AI): Building AI-driven workflows, automation capabilities, operational tooling, and platform experiences for Grab’s internal operations with an accent on systems thinking, data-driven product decisions, and cross-functional execution. Focus on prototyping intelligent workflows, solving ambiguous operational problems, and scaling product initiatives across engineering, operations, design, analytics, and leadership teams.
Location: Onsite at the Vietnam HCM Office, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

What you will do
- Define and improve intelligent workflows, automation capabilities, and operational tooling across multiple business areas.
- Lead ambiguous and strategic product initiatives from problem discovery through scaled delivery.
- Use customer data, operational signals, and business metrics to identify root causes and drive systemic improvements.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, operations, policy, analytics, design, and leadership teams across multiple regions.
- Prototype, validate, and iterate on new product ideas and workflows.
- Communicate product strategy, trade-offs, execution risks, and business impact to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of product management experience.
- Hands-on experience shipping GenAI products is mandatory.
- Strong product judgment supported by data and the ability to make trade-offs in ambiguous environments.
- Experience driving complex cross-functional initiatives from discovery through delivery at scale.
- Ability to translate strategy into product direction, roadmaps, and execution plans.
- Senior-level leadership experience, including stakeholder influence, mentoring product managers, and shaping product culture.
