What you will do
- Lead complex strategic engagements across healthcare and life science sub-segments in the Middle East.
- Drive business development with commercial teams, including concept notes, proposals, client pitches, and practice revenue targets.
- Oversee engagement delivery, guide consultants and associates, and ensure high-quality, evidence-backed client deliverables.
- Manage senior client relationships, expectations, stakeholder priorities, and project challenges.
- Translate client challenges into structured problem statements and actionable, data-driven recommendations.
- Develop intellectual capital such as whitepapers, articles, and points of view on emerging healthcare topics.
Requirements
- 12–15 years of experience in consulting, advisory, strategy, or the healthcare industry.
- Master’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Strong experience delivering strategic insights to senior healthcare clients and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
- Business development, sales, analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work across multiple time zones with distributed teams and understand healthcare ecosystems in the Middle East.
- Domain expertise in at least two areas including healthcare delivery, digital health, HealthTech, diagnostics, healthcare investment, pharma, or biotech.
Nice to have
- Clinical background such as MBBS, BDS, BPharm, or PhD.
- Willingness to experiment with and quickly adapt to new tools and technologies.
