Salary: USD 148,800–186,000 annually, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable.

What you will do
- Own relationships with Workday consulting partners, set priorities, communicate requirements and timelines, and monitor delivery against standards and the roadmap.
- Manage vendor budgets and capacity while balancing requests and priorities for cost-effective, high-quality delivery.
- Translate business needs from Talent Acquisition Operations, People Operations, business analysts, and other stakeholders into technical requirements and Workday solutions.
- Provide internal Workday expertise across HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Time and Attendance, and Scheduler, including troubleshooting and technical guidance.
- Lead the Workday Empowerment Program, develop training, manage elevated permissions, and communicate performance metrics, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Partner with Compliance, Information Technology, and auditors to maintain control evidence and support Sarbanes-Oxley audits.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on Workday experience with deep knowledge of HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Time and Attendance, and Scheduler.
- Experience managing vendor or contractor relationships, budgets, delivery priorities, and quality standards.
- Strong knowledge of Workday configuration, business processes, troubleshooting, and technical design.
- Experience building training programs and explaining complex technical concepts to different audiences.
- Strong analytical, organization, prioritization, program management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- A gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency may be required as a condition of employment.
