Bulk Sales Specialist (Industrial Gases)

Location: Pensacola, Florida, United States — retail shop

Salary: Base pay plus quarterly commission; monthly auto allowance.

What you will do

• Drive regional sales growth for bulk gases, gas systems, and on-site generators.
• Support branch and outside sales associates while building relationships across regional teams.
• Coordinate bulk gas installations, removals, modifications, site surveys, and customer quotations.
• Assess customer requirements including gas type, vessel size, volume, flow rate, pressure, duty cycle, telemetry, and delivery constraints.
• Manage relationships with larger bulk and on-site customers and provide product, application, engineering, and technical support.
• Develop market intelligence, pricing and negotiation strategies, contract renewals, sales reports, and cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or up to four additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Four years of bulk gas industry experience.
• Three years of technical, solution-driven sales experience in the bulk gas field is preferred.
• Broad knowledge of bulk products and processes, with consultative problem-solving and technical solution skills.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, relationship management, communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; frequent use of a computer, telephone, and motor vehicle is required.
