Location: New York, NY; hybrid work environment with defined in-person presence requirements.

Salary: $86,800–$155,100 per year for New York, NY.

What you will do

• Support Enforcement investigations and disciplinary matters under the supervision of senior attorneys and investigators.
• Conduct legal, procedural, sanctions, securities law, and brokerage regulation research.
• Review testimony, electronic communications, trade blotters, and other case evidence.
• Organize evidence, prepare factual summaries and oral presentations, and support interviews with customers and industry personnel.
• Draft sections of charging recommendation memoranda, settlement documents, complaints, and pre-hearing briefs.
• Support litigation preparation by identifying potential witnesses, exhibits, questioning strategies, and documents for production.

Requirements

• Recent graduate of a J.D. or L.L.M. program.
• Strong legal research, analytical, organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, collaborate effectively, and learn new skills.
• Professional demeanor, proactive approach, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
• Passing the Bar is required to continue in the Honors Program beyond the first year.
• Appropriate licensure to practice law in applicable jurisdictions is required for an attorney position after completing the two-year program.
