Senior Specialist People & Culture (HR Systems and Processes): Improving employee experience through user-friendly people systems, compliant processes, reporting, payroll coordination, and data-driven decision-making with an accent on Norwegian labor law and system implementation. Focus on driving adoption, analyzing people data, supporting employee lifecycle processes, and delivering continuous process improvements.

Location: Oslo, Norway; onsite work from a modern office

What you will do

  • Own and continuously improve People & Culture systems and processes.
  • Drive system development, implementation, user adoption, training, and process alignment between local and regional needs.
  • Support data-driven decision-making through reporting, data analysis, and identification of improvement areas.
  • Coordinate people-process links with payroll and support compliance with employment requirements.
  • Prepare People & Culture reporting for governmental entities.
  • Support People & Culture projects, People Partner cases, and cultural initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR technology, human resources, organizational psychology, or a relevant field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with system development, implementations, training, and user experience.
  • Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle and People & Culture processes.
  • Knowledge of Norwegian labor law, labor legislation, HSE, and people and organizational best practices.
  • Fluent Norwegian and English, written and spoken.
