AI Builder (AI Solutions Engineer)

What you will do

• Translate business problems into working AI solutions through rapid prototyping and iteration.
• Use Claude Cowork as a primary delivery tool alongside Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, and other AI coding tools.
• Build across front-end, back-end, APIs, integrations, and AI orchestration.
• Develop Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions, including RAG, AI agents, workflow automation, and prompt engineering.
• Take prototypes into production-ready systems and demonstrate solutions to stakeholders.
• Address enterprise AI governance, security, and compliance requirements while maintaining delivery speed.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Claude Cowork and at least one of Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, or GitHub Copilot.
• Experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG architectures, AI agents, workflow automation, and prompt engineering.
• Full-stack development experience with Python, React or Next.js, APIs, and integrations.
• Experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, LangChain, or PydanticAI.
• Experience building solutions in enterprise environments and explaining AI systems to business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Healthcare experience with FHIR or HL7, claims workflows, clinical operations, revenue cycle management, HIPAA, or GxP.
