provides the banking operations context for a Strategy PMO role focused on portfolio and CapEx coordination.
What you will do
- Consolidate project and business-unit updates into accurate portfolio information.
- Maintain portfolio dashboards, project trackers, CapEx pipelines, and action logs.
- Coordinate annual CapEx collection, validation, governance tracking, reforecasting, and budget adjustments.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc portfolio reports, executive presentations, management reports, and decision packs.
- Coordinate governance meetings, including agendas, meeting packs, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Analyze portfolio data, identify inconsistencies and key observations, and support project managers with PMO compliance.
Requirements
- Hands-on PMO or portfolio coordination experience.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, reporting, and data reconciliation.
- Excellent PowerPoint and executive presentation skills.
- Experience with portfolio or project management systems, preferably Planview or MS Project.
- Strong data validation, cleansing, reconciliation, stakeholder coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders across PMO, Finance, and business teams, with strong written and verbal communication.
