hirify.global Careers is hiring for an electrical engineering position supporting the study, design, specification, and servicing of electrical and electronic systems.

What you will do

  • Study, design, specify, and provide services for electrical and electronic systems.
  • Work with power generation, transmission and distribution, power system performance and control, cabling, wiring, and lighting.
  • Support systems including motor control centers, communications, cathodic protection, grounding, lightning protection, and heat tracing.
  • Evaluate and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria under direct supervision.
  • Prepare or check design calculations and specifications, conduct studies and investigations, and prepare reports.
  • Assist with larger and more complex assignments involving conventional plans, testing, design development, and surveys.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Engineering.
  • 8–10 years of typical related experience, with a minimum requirement of 10 years stated for the position.
  • Experience in electrical and electronic systems engineering.
  • Ability to perform assignments with clearly specified objectives and make minor adaptations to standard engineering methods.

Nice to have

  • Engineer-In-Training certification.
