What you will do
- Design, plan, and implement clean, scalable, and performant game features.
- Own features from conception through production.
- Collaborate with backend, technical art, QA, art, product management, data analytics, and other feature teams.
- Optimize and improve code and development processes.
- Maintain existing code, conduct code reviews, and contribute to the Unity knowledge base.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Unity and C#.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Unity Developer.
- At least 2 years of experience working in an interdisciplinary software development team.
- Hands-on experience with UI, profiling, and tool writing.
- Software architecture design skills, version control experience, and experience with AI-assisted development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in technical and non-technical environments.
Nice to have
- Experience developing published, mobile, or live-service games.
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary game team and familiarity with non-development pipelines.
- Experience with asynchronous API/REST communication.
- Passion for playing and making games, plus willingness to mentor other engineers.
