What you will do
- Develop and execute the local medical affairs plan for hemophilia in alignment with regional and global strategy.
- Build scientific relationships with KOLs, hematologists, treaters, and medical societies in Egypt.
- Provide scientific expertise to Market Access, Marketing, Regulatory, Patient Support, and other stakeholders.
- Support clinical studies, real-world evidence generation, investigator-sponsored studies, medical education, advisory boards, symposia, and congress activities.
- Respond to medical information requests and develop compliant scientific communications and educational materials.
- Monitor the hemophilia landscape, support patient advocacy, ensure pharmacovigilance and regulatory compliance, and manage the medical activity budget.
Requirements
- Medical degree, DDS, BSc in pharmacy, PharmD, or equivalent; postgraduate study, PhD, or relevant clinical specialization is valued.
- At least 5 years of industry medical affairs and/or clinical experience, ideally in a relevant therapeutic area.
- Experience in hemophilia or rare blood disorders is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Egyptian healthcare system and regulatory environment.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
- Strong scientific, clinical, communication, presentation, strategic thinking, project management, compliance, and financial skills.
Nice to have
- French language skills.
- Strong clinical background or specialization in hematology.
