What you will do
- Develop and execute people strategies aligned with business goals and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead HRBP activities across employee relations, talent management, employee engagement, and HR operations.
- Own complex employee issues and escalations in partnership with Legal, Compliance, Employee Relations, and other stakeholders.
- Advise, coach, and support business leaders, people managers, and employees throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Analyze HR metrics and people trends to identify insights and drive data-informed solutions.
- Ensure effective localization of HR policies and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of total HR experience, including strong hands-on HRBP experience.
- Experience advising, coaching, and partnering with leadership and executive-level stakeholders.
- Broad knowledge of talent acquisition, total rewards, talent management, performance management, and learning and development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience addressing novel HR challenges with actionable business solutions.
- Experience using HR metrics and people analytics to drive data-informed decisions.
- Business-level English fluency in written and spoken communication.
Nice to have
- HR experience in major conglomerates, technology unicorns, or fast-paced startups.
- Experience leading change management or organizational design initiatives in a matrixed environment.
- Knowledge of modern HR technology stacks and advanced AI-driven people analytics tools.
