Logistics Business Support (Bilingual Korean/English)

Salary: USD 27–35 per hour

What you will do

• Prepare management reports, performance summaries, and ad hoc business reports.
• Support sales leaders with administrative tasks, strategic initiatives, customer follow-ups, and sales order processing.
• Assist with freight rate quotations, pricing proposals, rate documentation, and contract filing.
• Maintain CRM systems and sales databases, monitor pipeline progress, and update lead statuses.
• Coordinate customer complaint resolution and communication between Sales, Operations, Pricing, Legal, and Finance.
• Support market research, sales materials, profitability analysis, new business implementation, and process improvement.

Requirements

• Entry-level profile or less than three years of experience in logistics operations, sales support, or business development support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent written and oral Korean and English skills required.
• Strong organization, multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, team-oriented, and willing to expand logistics industry knowledge.

Nice to have

• CRM experience, such as Salesforce.
