Product Manager: Developing and bringing products to market by analyzing customer needs, product requirements, competition, pricing, and development programs with an accent on product strategy, market analysis, and return-on-investment planning. Focus on defining product lines, coordinating engineering and manufacturing schedules, launching integrated sales and marketing plans, and solving complex product and operational challenges.
Location: Hybrid role based in Newark, New Jersey, United States
Salary: $110,000–$130,000 annual, plus benefits and bonus eligibility.

What you will do
- Determine customer needs and assess market competition.
- Define the scope and direction of current and future product lines.
- Review product specifications, requirements, product ideas, and proposed changes.
- Analyze product development programs and prepare return-on-investment analyses.
- Coordinate product development schedules with engineering and manufacturing.
- Develop integrated plans for product launches, sales, advertising, production, pricing, and operational execution.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge and experience in product management or a related discipline.
- Formal education and functional expertise in the relevant field.
- Ability to apply best practices to improve products or services.
- Ability to solve complex problems independently with minimal guidance.
- Ability to guide less-experienced colleagues and lead small projects.
- Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement based in Newark, New Jersey.
