Product Operations Intern (Rewards)

Location: Remote in Peru

Salary: 2,800,000 COP monthly

What you will do

• Review receipt-scanning submissions against validation rules and make consistent approval or rejection decisions.
• Identify unusual receipt formats, retailer-specific issues, duplicates, and potential abuse.
• Write actionable bug reports, reproducible examples, and improvement recommendations for engineering.
• Prioritize product issues by customer impact, fraud risk, and operational cost, and track fixes through the backlog.
• Maintain review guidelines, decision criteria, and escalation paths as the program scales.
• Find opportunities to automate, simplify, or remove inefficient review steps and help improve internal tools.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent education and experience.
• Interest in consumer fintech, rewards and loyalty programs, or operating products at scale.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured, logical approach to identifying patterns and defining rules.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to write actionable bug reports and summarize trends.
• Demonstrated experience with Claude or equivalent large language model tools is required.
• Relevant experience in operations, product, fintech, data analysis, trust and safety, or startups is beneficial.
